No matter your race, gender, age or occupation, being financially savvy is a crucial skill for our everyday lives. WhyFI Matters ( Why Financial Independence Matters ) is a global platform for teen financial literacy, entrepreneurship and economics.

Our aim is to educate teens about financial literacy while keeping it fun, engaging and trendy.

Hey guys! My name is Kriti (Kri-thee) and I am currently a student at Wellesley College '27. I started WhyFI Matter$ in 2020 with the goal of demystifying personal finance and economcis concepts for my fellow young adults. When I'm not podcasting, you can find me playing tennis, creating music, and chasing my Italian Water Dog.
